This position requires a self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a strong technical aptitude and a passion to succeed. This is an advanced level Sales Engineer position responsible for presales technical/functional support activity to prospective clients.   • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs;
  • Coordinates closely with sales support, engineering and other divisions to align solution design with customers’ business requirements;
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm;
  • Continuously optimize the link between the customer’s operational and business objectives, needs and requirements and the ROAMWORKS solutions in order to provide a total value solution and competitive advantage;
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Advising Customers on forthcoming product developments. Analyzing future buying trends and reporting back to ROAMWORKS;
  • Making accurate cost calculations in a timely manner, and providing customers with quotations.

  • 5-8 years of experience in an IT/ Instrumentation Sales role;
  • Engineering Degree;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English;
  • Experience in procurement, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, calibration, heavy equipment, programming, troubleshooting preventive, predictive and planned maintenance of analytical instrumentation;
  • Willing to travel outside UAE;
  • Valid UAE drivers license and own car;
  • Main focus market would be the UAE region.

The Finance Manager at ROAMWORKS will be responsible to contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting. This position will also be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, record keeping and cash flow management.

  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash;
  • Monitor and manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure. Preparing profit and loss statements;
  • Prepare and interpret management accounts and monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction and optimizing financial resources;
  • Assess and manage risks. Maximize return, and limit risk, on cash by minimizing bank balances; making investments;
  • Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
  • Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data;
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
  • Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement strategies. Contribute fully to the development of the Company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities;
  • Review Company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of the Company;
  • Negotiate with Banks and other financial services as required and appropriate. Maintain banking relationships and assist with negotiating loans and other services for the Company. Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities. Provide financial analysis;

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA or University degree in Finance.  Preferably also qualified in ACCA/ CIMA / ACA;
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience;
  • Experience in U.S.A. payroll and accounting practices is an advantage.

As an Auto Electrician, your primary interactions internally are with Support Engineers and Sales. Externally the position involves coordination with Customers operation team and asset operators. The job is challenging and extensive training is available to those who are career focused.

  • Installation of electrical components/devices on different vehicles & equipment’s;
  • Knowledge of basic wiring techniques;
  • Installation and troubleshooting of hardware units/systems;
  • Analysis on Electricals and Electronics of vehicles, heavy machinery, pumps, generators etc;
  • In addition to this, knowledge of welding processes and fabrication is a requirement;
  • To identify controller networks on Vehicles and Machinery equipment;
  • Based on the type of Asset and Hardware System identify appropriate installation method and technique;
  • Exercise appropriate Electrical installation safety techniques;
  • Record Site Visit forms;
  • Maintain and manage individual toolkits and electrical supplies;
  • Liaise with Support Engineers on problem resolutions;
  • Hand in units for inspections/repairs to Support Engineers within specified time;
  • Co-ordinate with asset operators/operation supervisors for install locations;
  • Follow HSE standards on field;
  • Ensure quality checks are done after installations n10. Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience;
  • Valid UAE Driving license;
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude;
  • Knowledge of industry safety practices;
  • Knowledge of welding processes, such as ARC welding;
  • Assemble parts and structures by lining up and joining them by welding, bolting or riveting;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
  • Should be familiar with grinding machine and bench drilling machine;
  • Ability to read blueprints and recognize welding symbols and specifications;
  • Languages to be known are Hindi/English/Malayalam.

The role will provide consultation, guidance and support to designated project staff, contractors and stakeholders.

  • Lead and direct the discussions, meetings, and all activities during the tendering phase and assist in developing commercial and technical proposals;
  • Lead and direct various project works such as preparing the scope of the project, creating detailed work plan, planning resources, developing a schedule, determining objectives and measures of project evaluation, executing the project, monitoring and controlling the progress of the project, writing status and progress reports, conducting outdoors activities like site inspections, providing training etc;
  • Lead and direct the communication of the project’s status, budget, costs, issues, and related information to the project’s team members, project sponsor, steering committee, affected business units and team members as appropriate;
  • Forecast the upcoming the project works and their requirements and in terms of time, cost, resources etc;
  • Ensure that Change Management is applied on all areas of the projects with proper evaluation;

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in leading projects of Software & Technology implementations;
  • PMI certification holder for more than 2 years;
  • Background in software development is preferred but not necessary.
